Wat je op de website ziet, is ook wat je krijgt! Wij hebben zelf een appartement op de Lippenslaan, dus weten dat het er ’s avonds, zeker in het weekend, nogal levendig kan zijn. De ligging in de zijstraat is dan ook een groot pluspunt! Eén minpuntje: onze hond mocht niet mee… die is nog steeds beledigd! 🐶😂

Happ Knokke sleeps up to seven people.
What bed sizes are there?
Room 1 has a 180 × 200 cm bed. Room 2 has a 160 × 200 cm bed. Room 3 has a 140 × 200 cm bed and a 90 × 200 cm loft bed.
Are bed linen and towels included?
No. Please bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets and towels.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. We keep the apartment free of pet hair and allergens, for guests with allergies and for children playing on the floor.
How far is the beach?
Knokke beach is about a seven-minute walk away.
Is there parking?
For parking close to the apartment, we recommend the green zone; this is the cheapest paid parking zone. Before you arrive, always check the current zone and rate on the parking map. As a free alternative, there is P+R Natiënlaan, between the Natiënlaan and the business centre 't Walletje, with 402 parking spaces.

A separate security deposit of € 450 is required for every stay. The deposit is not part of the price of your stay.
What are the cancellation terms?
Up to 60 days before arrival, you get the full amount back. Between 59 and 30 days before arrival, you get half back. Less than 30 days before arrival, there is no refund.
When is my booking final?
Your request is free of obligation. After our personal confirmation, you pay the full amount in advance; once we have received it, the booking is final.
Are parties, smoking or additional visitors allowed?
No. Parties, smoking indoors or on the terrace and additional visitors are not allowed. We ask you to respect the neighbours and the house rules.
Is there a washer-dryer?
Yes. The washer-dryer can be used for a fee.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. We do not accept unaccompanied minors or groups of young people under 22.
Is Happ Knokke available for holiday or seasonal lets?
Yes. Happ Knokke is registered under the Flemish Tourist Accommodation Decree (number 407220) and is available for holiday lets for weekends, midweek breaks, weeks and selected holiday periods, always subject to current availability and the minimum stay.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the building has a lift. Suitcases, a pushchair or shopping go up with ease.
How does check-in work?
From 4 pm you can let yourself in. Before you arrive, you receive the welcome guide and your access codes: the key to the building’s front door is in a key box with a code, and the apartment opens with a code lock. So no one needs to wait for you.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, free for all guests.
Do I need a car?
No. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, the Lippenslaan is some fifty metres away and there is a Carrefour Express in the same building. Knokke station is about 1.3 km away.
Is the apartment suitable for a baby?
Yes. An Aeromoov baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Please mention in your request that a baby is coming along.
Can I watch Netflix?
Yes. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the living area. You log in with your own account for Netflix, Disney+, Streamz or another streaming service.
